The standard process for professional cleaning services

  • Preparation & Assessment — Arrive on time, review client requirements/special instructions, gather supplies/equipment, and quickly inspect the space for priority areas or hazards.
  • Declutter & Trash Removal — Remove obvious clutter (if permitted), empty all trash bins, replace liners, and dispose of waste.
  • High-Level Dusting — Dust from top to bottom: ceiling fans, light fixtures, high shelves, vents, picture frames, and upper surfaces (prevents dust from falling on already-cleaned lower areas).
  • Surface Wiping & Sanitizing — Damp-wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces: countertops, tables, desks, doorknobs, switches, remotes, phones, appliances exteriors, mirrors, and glass.
  • Bathroom/Kitchen Deep Clean — Scrub and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers/tubs, faucets, tiles, and fixtures; clean inside/outside of microwaves, stovetops (exterior), and sinks.
  • Floor Care — Vacuum/sweep carpets and hard floors first (including under furniture where possible), then mop or deep-clean hard surfaces.
